• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service

6. Transactions and Safety

Nearbee is a listing platform only. We do not facilitate payment processing or guarantee the quality of any items sold. All transactions are between buyers and sellers directly. We strongly recommend:

• Meeting in public, well-lit locations
• Bringing a friend when possible
• Trusting your instincts if something feels unsafe
• Inspecting items before purchase

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By posting content on Nearbee, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on our platform to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nearbee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of items sold, or the conduct of any user.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nearbee is not liable for any disputes between buyers and sellers, losses arising from transactions, or damages resulting from use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
